This 4-person house is completely free on its own grounds of 5 ha. and has terraces all around. The pool (5×10 m) is located right next to the generous covered terrace.
Ninho da Cegonha is completely free on a fenced area of 5 hectares. From the terrace at the rear you have a view of the swimming pool with behind it the valley with the olive grove and the surrounding area.
When designing the house, the position of the sun and the cool nights have been taken into account. The house is well insulated and does not use air conditioning in the summer. For the winter months there is underfloor heating and a wood-burning salamandra. It is a comfortable home in all seasons.
Ninho da Cegonha has a striking appearance due to large steel sliding doors. When you open it, the large windows offer you a fantastic view of the east, south and west of this beautiful part of Portugal. Because this house is completely free and does not suffer from light pollution, you can enjoy the beautiful starry sky in the evening.
The living room of Ninho da Cegonha is modernly furnished and has a dining and sitting area. There are games, books and an information folder including hiking routes and tours in the area. There is satellite television (including Dutch channels), a DVD player and free WiFi.
The partially open kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, an induction hob and an electric oven.
The house has 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has two single box springs (90 x 200) and has its own bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
If desired, it is possible to have us place a baby cot.
From one of the bedrooms you can reach the laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer that you can use.
